We’re looking for a curious, analytical, and passionate team member to join the Spotify for Artists Marketing Policy team — part of Spotify’s division dedicated to ensuring Spotify is the most rewarding and powerful platform for artists to grow their careers and businesses. This is a unique opportunity to help shape the future of music by supporting the development and execution of policies that affect millions of artists worldwide. The Spotify for Artists policy team focuses on crafting and implementing policies that ensure fair and equitable opportunities for artists, songwriters, distributors, labels, and publishers on Spotify — and educating the industry about our platform.
