Reply to Airbnb & Booking Site Messages — English + French (Bonus) - Contract to Hire
About the Role:
We’re looking for a reliable, friendly person to help manage messages from guests who book through Airbnb and similar sites. Most of the job involves replying quickly to new booking requests and answering guest questions during their stay.
You’ll communicate mainly through:
• Airbnb Inbox or Booking Platform Chat (before check-in)
• WhatsApp Group Chat (during the stay — to help guests or coordinate with our local team)

Your Main Tasks:
✅ Reply to reservation requests and inquiries as they come in
✅ Send pre-written check-in and welcome messages
✅ Answer simple guest questions about the property or area
✅ Communicate with our small team via WhatsApp for quick coordination
✅ Ensure guests feel welcomed, informed, and supported
✅ (Bonus) Help answer messages in French when needed

• Excellent written English (French is a big plus)
• Friendly, patient, and professional communication style
• Fast response time and attention to detail
• Ability to work from your phone or laptop
• Reliable internet connection
• Some experience with Airbnb, hospitality, or customer service is helpful
