We are seeking a knowledgeable and helpful Remote Technical Support Agent to assist customers with technical issues related to software, applications, devices, or services. You will provide support through chat, email, or phone, helping customers solve problems and maintain a positive experience. Training will be provided for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers with troubleshooting software, network, or device-related issues
Respond to support inquiries through chat, email, or phone
Guide users step-by-step to resolve technical problems
Document customer interactions and solutions clearly
Escalate complex technical issues to senior support if needed
Follow support procedures and meet quality and response-time targets
Deliver friendly, patient, and professional customer service at all times
Skills & Requirements:
Basic understanding of computers, software, and internet troubleshooting
Good communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to explain technical issues in simple, clear language
Stable internet connection and quiet workspace
Problem-solving mindset and patience when helping users
Previous tech support experience is a plus, but not required
Willingness to learn new tools and systems
Working Hours:
