Key Responsibilities:
Contact and follow up with potential customers (leads provided or self-sourced)
Explain company products or services clearly and confidently
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales data
Respond to customer inquiries in a polite and professional manner
Work closely with the sales team to improve sales strategies
Provide excellent customer service before and after sales
Skills & Requirements:
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Confidence while speaking with customers (voice or text)
Ability to work independently and meet targets
Basic computer and internet knowledge
Prior sales or customer service experience (preferred, not required)
