About the Role: Remote Customer Service Representative

Essential Qualifications and Skills:

- 6 months of customer service experience preferred, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and support
- Over 18 years of age, with a high school graduate or GED equivalent

- Proven oral and written communication skills, with the ability to navigate complex customer issues and provide clear and concise solutions
