About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team during our busy holiday season. As a vital member of our customer service team, you will play a crucial role in managing increased customer inquiries, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience. This is a seasonal, temporary position with 20-hour workweeks, and there is potential to flex up in hours during our peak weeks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with customer inquiries via our ticketing system and over the phone, providing timely and effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Update customer records in the system, including notes about interactions, to maintain accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints with empathy, communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary to ensure a positive outcome.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude, demonstrating a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
