Key Responsibilities

- Maintain the in-stock condition of assigned areas, ensuring they are clean, shop-able, and safe
- Provide a safe working and shopping environment by following all safety policies and standards, completing specified safety training, and reporting hazards and unsafe conditions to the Manager on Duty
- Work in cooperation with your Department Supervisor and other associates in your department, as well as other departments, to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activity to provide expert advice and recommendations to customers
