Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry and Design Technician at blithequark, your primary focus will be on creating new items in our system, managing the transfer of products between plants, and documenting production modifications and solutions. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Creating new items in the system that have been quoted and created for production to become finished goods products, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Participating in the transfer of items between plants, guaranteeing accurate and timely movement of products to meet our service level agreements.
  • Documenting production modifications and solutions by adding comments to the item and updating the Sharepoint knowledge library, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
  • Organizing all activities by service levels to effectively and efficiently meet the needs of your unit, prioritizing tasks and managing your workload to achieve optimal results.
  • Collaborating with various stakeholders and business partners associated with your activities, fostering strong relationships and ensuring seamless communication.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Experience in data entry or administrative tasks, with a proven track record of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to analyze data and ensure that tasks are completed with high accuracy and consistency, using your analytical skills to identify areas for improvement.
