About the Role

As a full-time Sales Representative at blithequark, you will be the face of our company, interacting with clients via chat, phone, email, and social media. Your primary objective will be to engage leads, qualify and close sales, and ensure seamless customer experiences. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating compelling advertisements, designing email campaigns, and developing landing pages that drive conversions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development:
    • Engage leads through various channels (chat, email, phone, SMS, social media) and qualify them for sales opportunities
    • Update leads in our CRM system to ensure timely follow-ups and team collaboration
    • Identify and share growth opportunities with team leaders to drive business expansion
    • Complete daily tasks and assignments, and actively participate in team projects
  • Business Support:
    • Provide exceptional support to clients through multiple channels, ensuring prompt resolutions and satisfaction
    • Assign, update, and label support tickets accurately, following standard operating procedures
    • Encourage innovative ideas and process improvements, contributing to our company's growth and success
  • Ad Creation and Editing:
    • Transform raw footage into captivating advertisements, adding audio voiceovers and video editing
    • Manage and organize raw footage for content creation, ensuring efficient workflows
    • Utilize AI tools like Midjourney to create realistic, lifelike images that enhance our marketing materials
  • Email Campaigns and Design:
    • Design and implement email templates for Klaviyo email campaigns, driving engagement and conversions
    • Collaborate with the team to create email campaigns, ads, and social media posts that resonate with our audience
  • Creating Landing Pages:
    • Help create landing pages using our easy-to-use drag-and-drop builder, tailored to our target audience
    • Make data-driven tweaks to pages, optimizing conversions and user experience

Tools and Technologies

We utilize a range of cutting-edge tools to drive our business forward, including:

  • Microsoft Teams and other Microsoft/Google products
  • Click Up
  • Freshsales (CRM) and Freshdesk (Help Desk)
  • Intercom (Chat)
  • Shopify
  • Adobe Creative Cloud

While experience with these tools is a plus, we provide comprehensive training to ensure your success in this role.

Qualifications and Requirements

To excel as a Sales Representative at blithequark, you should possess:

  • More than 2 years of experience in the BPO industry
  • Proficiency in the tools and technologies listed above
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a pleasant and people-oriented approach
  • A background in sales, with a proven track record of driving growth and conversions

We're looking for a dedicated individual who can commit 30-40 hours of undivided attention to our efforts per week. This is a full-time position, and we expect our team members to be fully engaged and motivated to drive results.
