About the Role
As an Application Manager for our BSI Customer Suite, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation and continuous improvement of our CRM system. You will work closely with our IT team, stakeholders, and external partners to identify and implement solutions that drive business growth, enhance customer engagement, and streamline our internal processes. Your expertise in CRM administration, process optimization, and digital transformation will be essential in helping us achieve our goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our BSI Customer Suite, ensuring that all systems are running smoothly and that data integration is seamless.
- Analytical Thinking: Identify the needs of our users and stakeholders, and translate these into technical requirements that drive business value.
- Collaboration and Communication: Act as a liaison between our departments, IT team, and external partners to ensure that all stakeholders are aligned and working towards common goals.
- Process Optimization: Continuously monitor and improve our business processes, leveraging the BSI Customer Suite to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Essential Qualifications
- Structured and Self-Directed Approach: You have a proven track record of working independently, with a high degree of self-motivation and a structured approach to problem-solving.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: You possess excellent analytical skills, with the ability to identify complex problems and develop creative solutions.
- Digital Transformation Mindset: You have a strong affinity for digital transformation, with experience in driving change and improving business processes through technology.
- Technical Expertise: You have experience with CRM systems, preferably with BSI Customer Suite, and are familiar with agile working methods and tools such as Confluence and Jira.
- Language Skills: You are fluent in German, with excellent written and verbal communication skills, and have a good command of English.

- Experience with Agile Methodologies: You have experience working with agile frameworks such as Scrum, and are familiar with the principles of lean software development.
