The Impact of the Senior Customer Value Director Role

The Senior Customer Value Director is a senior-level individual focused on maximizing customer value and ensuring that customers achieve their desired outcomes with blithequark's products or services. This role involves strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration, data analysis, and communication to drive customer satisfaction, loyalty, and revenue growth. As a Senior Customer Value Director, you'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing critical functions such as coaching customer teams, communicating key information, and driving customer success strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with and coach customer teams to drive customer success strategies and achieve customer success goals
  • Provide communication to customers regarding blithequark, new product capabilities, and other critical information
  • Develop and drive value plans to ensure customer success and growth
  • Conduct scheduled customer check-ins and drive periodic business/value reviews
  • Manage renewals and monitor customer performance
  • Establish yourself as a trusted advisor to our customers and coordinate blithequark internal resources as needed
  • Share best practices, product information, and relevant blithequark news with our customers
  • Support and drive customer campaigns to promote blithequark's solutions and services

What You'll Bring to blithequark

To be successful in this role, you'll need to bring a strong background in customer/client management, entrepreneurial attitude, negotiation skills, and experience with demonstrated success in managing client expectations, developing and maintaining executive relationships, and project management.   • Excellent communication skills, including professional writing, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Minimum bachelor's degree required – master's degree a plus

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

The estimated pay range for this role is $136,000 - $184,000 + eligibility for commission with an estimated pay mix of 80/20. The starting salary for the successful candidate will be based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
