blithequark Cash is a personal credit product that our clients can access once they have paid a portion of their first loan. The process is straightforward, and with just a few clicks, clients can receive a loan of up to 200,000 MXN directly into their bank account. This product has been designed to provide our clients with quick and easy access to funds, helping them to cover unexpected expenses or achieve their financial goals.

About the Position
As a Customer Support Specialist at blithequark, you will be the primary point of contact for client and merchant inquiries and requests. Your role will involve providing exceptional and empathetic service, understanding client requests, and offering efficient solutions and clear responses. You will also collaborate with other teams to find the best solutions and ensure an outstanding customer experience. What We Are Looking For
8+ months of experience in customer service, handling various written and phone communication channels.
Experience in a fast-paced environment with constant change.
Impeccable orthography, grammar, and writing skills, with the ability to write formally and informally, adapting to the company's tone.
You are a highly motivated individual who works well in a team environment.
You possess high emotional intelligence and are capable of building strong relationships.
You are highly organized, able to adapt to resolving multiple issues simultaneously, and provide concise communication.
Typical Responsibilities
Provide immediate support for written requests via chat, email, web widget, or phone calls, including:
General inquiries about blithequark
Creating a request
Cancellations, and more
Provide immediate support for internal team requests through the company's communication channels.
Demonstrate excellent effective communication and empathy skills.
Salary Range
Base salary: $10,000 MXN brutos
Commissions of up to $4,000 MXN brutos
