Some of the key tasks you will be working on include: * Answering messages from our ads with a response time of less than 1 business day (during business hours on weekdays, this should be less than 1 hour) * Organizing messages in inbox and tracker with proper status * Nurturing any leads generated to make sure they convert based on the optimal conversion event for the client * Monitoring comments and addressing customer questions (based on the client's chosen package) * Adding and/or updating existing FAQs and response templates to fit the client's needs * Providing reports or insights with customer behavior in messages and adding suggestions on what could be improved **Essential Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications and skills: * Proactive and attentive approach to work * Great communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to multitask effectively and manage multiple priorities * Sales experience (nice to have but not required) * Open to any educational background * Residing in the Philippines (with a preference for Cebu) **Preferred Qualifications** While not essential, the following qualifications and skills would be highly desirable for this role: * Experience in customer service or support roles * Knowledge of digital marketing principles and practices * Familiarity with chat support software and tools * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment **Why work with blithequark?** blithequark is a dynamic and innovative company that offers a range of benefits and opportunities for growth and development.
