Qualifications and Skills

  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with at least 1 year of call center experience preferred but not required. Fluency in Spanish is a significant plus, enabling you to connect with a broader range of clients.
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience, with call center experience being highly desirable. Previous experience in financial services, especially in banking, personal loans, credit cards, or debt settlement, is a considerable advantage.
