**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service to our customers in the Fastener EMEA business area, responding to their inquiries, resolving their issues, and exceeding their expectations
* Collaborating with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and product teams, to ensure seamless communication and delivery of customer solutions
* Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of our products, services, and industry trends to provide informed and effective solutions to customers
* Identifying and resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, including complaints, issues, and resolutions
* Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer service processes and procedures

**Requirements**
To be successful as a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will need:
* Completed education or degree with technical, commercial, or comparable focus
* Relevant work experience: First practical experience in B2B sales, ideally in an international context
* Excellent communication skills: Secure and written German (at least C1) and English
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
* Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders
* Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
