**Key Responsibilities**
As a Construction Customer Success Manager at blithequark, you'll be responsible for:
* Retaining and expanding our construction-portfolio customers through exceptional customer service, proactive issue resolution, and strategic account planning
* Ensuring ongoing adoption of our construction solutions, including training, onboarding, and ongoing support
* Building lasting relationships with our customers, understanding their business needs, and identifying opportunities to drive revenue growth
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and drive business outcomes
* Developing and executing customer success plans, including regular check-ins, progress updates, and strategic account planning
* Analyzing customer data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement

**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* At least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing, Business-to-Business role, with a proven track record of success in customer success, account management, or a client-facing role
* A 3-year degree or equivalent experience in a related field, such as business administration, marketing, or a related field
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders
* Experience working in a remote environment, with the ability to travel up to 35% of the time, with access to blithequark offices

* Proficiency in CRM software, with experience using tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot
