About the Role

As a Senior Technical Customer Success Manager at blithequark, you will be an integral part of our Customer Experience (CX) team, working closely with our customers to help them realize the value of their investment in our solutions. You will be responsible for coaching our customers throughout their lifecycle, defining adoption plans, and collaborating with our Sales and Product teams to ensure our customers are getting the most out of our solutions. This is an exciting and challenging role that requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as a deep understanding of complex technology environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coach customers throughout their lifecycle to ensure successful outcomes and maximize the value of our solutions
  • Define and implement adoption plans, post-sales engagement strategies, and recommend best practices for our customers
  • Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to ensure our customers are getting the most out of our solutions and to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Work with our customers to identify and address complex technical issues, providing innovative solutions and leveraging self-service technology and reusable assets to maximize efficiency
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their business needs and goals, and providing tailored support and guidance to help them achieve success
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in our customer success strategies

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong technical background, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a passion for customer success and innovation. Specifically, we are looking for candidates with:

  • A builder's mentality, seeking to find solutions to complex problems that will make life better for our customers and blithequark
  • Experience managing a portfolio of commercial customers, with a focus on finding patterns and addressing them through automated approaches using the latest customer engagement techniques
  • A strong understanding of complex technology environments, including cloud native technologies, containerization, Kubernetes, microservices, and API management
  • Excellent self-awareness and strong communication skills, with fluency in Portuguese and English (Spanish is preferred)
  • Prior experience in a similar role within SaaS, Open Source, and/or Infrastructure software companies is highly desirable
  • A solid understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, and Cloud Computing IaaS, as well as a foundational understanding of APIM
