As a full-time employee, you'll be responsible for driving business growth through sales, supporting our clients, creating engaging digital content, and collaborating with our team to achieve our goals. If you're a motivated and creative individual with a passion for sales, graphic design, and digital marketing, we want to hear from you! **Key Responsibilities** As a Business Development & Support professional at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include: ### Business Development * Engage with leads via chat, email, phone, SMS, social media, and correctly qualify them to close sales * Update leads in our CRM to keep the team informed about their interests * Share opportunities for growth with team leaders * Complete daily tasks assigned to you * Engage in tasks assigned to you in our team boards ### Business Support * Support our valued clients every step of the way via chat, email, phone, SMS, and social media * Assign, update, and label support tickets correctly * Follow standard operating procedures and encourage new opinions on how we do business ### Graphic Design and Digital Marketing * Transform raw footage into engaging ads, adding audio voiceovers and video editing * Manage and organize raw footage for content creation * Learn to use AI tools like Midjourney to create real, lifelike images * Follow guidelines and examples to craft fantastic advertisements ### Email Campaigns and Design * Design and implement email templates for Klaviyo email campaigns * Collaborate on creating email campaigns, ads, and social media posts ### Creating Landing Pages * Help create landing pages using an easy drag-and-drop builder tailored to our audience * Make small tweaks on pages to help convert visitors into customers **Tools and Technologies** You'll be using the following tools and technologies: * Microsoft Teams & Other Microsoft/Google Products * Click Up * Freshsales (CRM) & Freshdesk (Help Desk) * Intercom (Chat) * Shopify * Adobe Creative Cloud * Figma **Experience and Qualifications** We're looking for someone with: * More than 2 years of experience in BPO * Proficiency with the tools (although training will be provided) * A pleasant and people-oriented personality * Backgrounds in sales **Work Environment and Culture** As a full-time employee at blithequark, you'll be working in a dynamic and supportive environment that encourages creativity, innovation, and collaboration.
