Join Our Customer Success Team: Empowering Clients, Driving Growth

blithequark's Customer Success team is at the forefront of building lasting relationships with our existing clients, ensuring they derive maximum value from our platform. We are now seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team, focusing on the Life Sciences sector. This role is pivotal in overseeing end-to-end account relationships, managing new client implementations, onboarding users, and proactively engaging with customers to identify and deliver value through our solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all client engagements, ensuring alignment with objectives and expectations.
  • Partner with key stakeholders to drive adoption, engagement, and strategic alignment of our platform within their organization.
  • Conduct regular business reviews to track KPIs, identify opportunities for growth, and mitigate risks.
  • Plan and execute user training sessions, ensuring adoption by equipping clients with best practices tailored to their specific use cases and needs.
  • Empower users with self-service capabilities while providing hands-on support when needed, adopting a "teach-to-fish" approach.
  • Navigate multiple complex projects across various business units within a client’s organization.
  • Track program performance metrics and analyze reports to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
  • Develop and deliver executive-level presentations summarizing impact, progress, and ROI.
  • Proactively monitor customer sentiment, identifying early warning signs of risk and strategically de-escalating critical situations.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, advocating for client needs internally while balancing business objectives.
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, and support teams to resolve client challenges efficiently.
  • Provide structured feedback to inform the product roadmap and improve the customer experience.
  • Drive to increase key performance indicators such as Monthly Active Users (MAUs), Net Promoter Score (NPS), Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), and Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR).

About You: The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager who is passionate about delivering value to clients on a global scale, particularly within the Life Sciences industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of solving business problems, supporting and developing relationships with large accounts, and driving strategic project work. You should be comfortable navigating complex projects, managing strategic relationships, and communicating effectively at all levels.

Essential Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience working in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Services for an Enterprise SaaS company.
  • Experience working in or with Life Sciences is highly desirable, with a plus for Medical Affairs or Clinical experience.
  • Proven experience with project management of high-priority and complex accounts.
  • A strong communicator and presenter with a drive to own relationships and strategy within a set list of accounts.
  • A track record of success in a results-driven, fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Certifications in project management or customer success.
  • Experience with data analysis and interpretation.
  • Familiarity with AI technology and its applications in healthcare.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $120,000 per year, based on experience, plus a variable commission based on personal performance and stock options.
