About the Role

As a Customer Support Consultant at blithequark, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional support to our clients via chats, emails, and other communication channels. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support via chats, emails, and other communication channels, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and issues.
  • Build positive and long-lasting relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing personalized support to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Meet team KPIs, consistently delivering high-quality support, and contributing to the overall success of the team.
  • Stay up-to-date with cutting-edge technology, applying the latest customer happiness practices, and maintaining a working knowledge of our client's products and services.
  • Securely work with customers' sensitive information, adhering to data protection policies and procedures.
  • Communicate with developers and other departments of various IT companies, collaborating to resolve complex issues, and improve overall customer experience.

Essential Qualifications

  • Excellent English skills (B2 for both spoken and written), with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, and team members.
  • Experience in a customer support role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional support, and resolving customer issues efficiently.
  • Analytical and research skills, with the ability to troubleshoot, and resolve complex issues.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset, with a positive, and responsible attitude, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM), and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download, and 40 Mbps–upload), to ensure seamless remote work.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with CRM systems, with the ability to navigate, and utilize these systems to manage customer interactions, and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Familiarity with IT, and technical support, with a basic understanding of software, and hardware solutions.
  • Knowledge of customer support tools, and software, with the ability to learn, and adapt to new systems, and technologies.
