With a strong focus on innovation, customer success, and employee satisfaction, blithequark is an exciting and dynamic place to work. **Key Responsibilities:** As a Customer Success Operations Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for: * Supporting the efforts of our Customer Success Managers and Account Managers in various administrative tasks, while providing onboarding consultations and proactive assistance to our smaller customers portfolio. * Playing a critical role in our Essentials onboarding and management, using our tech-touch approach to guide new customers through the product functionality and how best to apply it to their business. * Providing managed services to customers either directly or via the CS Operations team to augment the customer's role in the administration and management of their platform solutions. * Supporting our Customer Success Team and Account Management with ongoing maintenance and customer data initiatives. * Joining internal team and customer calls to discuss solution maintenance and solution administration challenges. * Consistently communicating our value and demonstrating blithequark products' ROI for our customers throughout their lifecycle. * Being responsible for customer renewals, ensuring continued success and alignment between our solutions and the customer's evolving needs. * Working with the customer and internal teams to simplify, standardize, document, and potentially automate tasks and processes to improve efficiencies around platform administration. **Requirements:** To be successful in this role, you will need: * 2-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role or customer operations type role within a software or technology company. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner. * Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively. * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other productivity tools. * A passion for problem-solving and innovation, with a focus on making processes more efficient for customers and field teams. * Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. * A strong customer-centric approach, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences. **Who We Are Looking For:** We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
