If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth, we invite you to join our dynamic team as a Customer Success Manager. **Job Overview** As a Customer Success Manager at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in the day-to-day site level administration of our risk compliance program. You'll be responsible for monitoring daily compliance, property level training, onboarding of new properties, and general oversight of an assigned portfolio of properties. Your expertise will help us maintain high compliance levels, drive revenue growth, and enhance the overall customer experience. **Key Responsibilities** * Serve as the primary point of contact to property level staff members, providing training, customer service, and technical account support to ensure seamless execution of our solutions. * Monitor daily compliance of assigned portfolio and communicate directly with property level teams to ensure processes, procedures, and best practices are being executed to maintain anticipated compliance levels. * Collaborate with property level staff to train on sales practices and drive adoption of our property damage waiver product, aligning with company goals and objectives. * Track daily key account metrics for your portfolio and assist in forecasting for financial performance and budgetary purposes, ensuring accurate and timely reporting. * Assist in onboarding and integrating new customers and their respective properties to the blithequark platform, ensuring a smooth and logical transition. * Clearly communicate the progress of monthly, quarterly, and annual initiatives to internal and external stakeholders, fostering transparency and collaboration. * Participate in strategic planning and development of the firm's operational platform, contributing to the growth and evolution of our solutions. **What You Bring** * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly, personable, and positive personality that resonates with customers and internal stakeholders. * Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment. * A positive attitude with a willingness to quickly learn and adapt to new systems, technologies, and processes. * Previous customer service experience, preferably in a property management or related industry. * Previous experience as a Customer Success Manager or in Property Management is highly desirable. **Additional Information** **What We Offer** As a valued member of our team, you'll enjoy a competitive base salary, bonus opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package.
