**Job Summary**
As a Full Stack Operations Director – Customer Success Mid-Market, you will play a critical role in defining and executing our customer success strategy. You will lead a talented team of approximately 50 consultants and managers, ensuring a seamless and satisfying customer experience from initial deployment to ongoing support. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Coaching and developing the team to achieve excellence in customer success
* Implementing a Product-Led Growth (PLG) approach to standardize and simplify deployments for smaller clients
* Building strong relationships with product teams to gather feedback and insights to inform product development
* Fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team
* Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to drive business growth
**Key Responsibilities**
* **Coaching & Development**
+ Coach and develop team members to achieve their full potential

* **Project Management**
+ Lead high-impact projects aligned with business objectives
+ Collaborate with peers to align project plans and foster cross-functional collaboration
+ Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure smooth execution
+ Communicate project progress, risks, and successes to stakeholders
**Requirements**
* 10+ years of experience in operations management, with at least 5 years of experience leading large teams (over 50 people)
* Proven track record of delivering results and achieving business objectives
* Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to develop and motivate high-performing teams
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and team members
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions
* Experience with SQL and data analysis is a plus
* Strong understanding of customer success principles and practices
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines

* Experience in the customer success industry
