**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for:
* Proactively identifying and engaging with potential clients in the North America market through outbound telemarketing, email campaigns, social media outreach, and video prospecting.
* Aligning closely with the Customer Success Manager (CSM) team to identify cross/up-sell opportunities in core accounts through campaigns, attending events, customer roadshow outreach, and driving traffic to webinars.
* Building and maintaining relationships with key prospects, understanding their needs, and effectively conveying how our solutions can benefit them.
* Owning and managing your sales pipeline (from qualifying leads, maintaining accurate records of touchpoints and statuses in the CRM, ensuring timely follow-up, to warm hand-off).
* Meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly outbound prospecting and lead generation targets.
* Continuously researching and analyzing the market to identify trends, opportunities, and potential clients.
* Successfully managing and overcoming prospect objections.
* Staying current on the blithequark products and solutions.
* Actively looking for opportunities to improve and optimize lead management.
**What You Will Bring**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* 1-2 years of experience with value-based selling and identifying pain points (highly preferred).
* Previous experience with outbound prospecting.
* Strong proficiency in using email, social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.), and video prospecting to engage with key prospects.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Professional, determined, positive attitude, self-starter, results, and team-oriented.
* A hunger for a career in customer success and a desire to learn and grow within a dynamic sales environment.
* Ability to accurately determine lead qualifications based upon established criteria.
* Comfortable learning key software applications.
