**Experienced Temporary Customer Service Agent – Medicare Health Plan Enrollment Support**

As a Temporary Customer Service Agent, you'll play a critical role in supporting Medicare-eligible retirees in selecting the right Medicare health plans for their needs. **Responsibilities:**
As a Temporary Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for:
* Making outbound and inbound calls to confirm, schedule, and reschedule participants' appointments with Benefit advisors
* Working with customers who have or do not have an enrollment with the account
* Answering inbound calls pertaining to the status of an application or general customer inquiries
* Responding to instant live chat requests from customers
* Assisting customers with website navigation and self-service options
* Performing other duties as assigned
**Must-Haves:**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A high school degree or equivalent
* Ability to hardwire equipment and meet the required internet speeds
* 1+ years of customer service experience in a call center environment preferred
* Knowledge of Medicare health, prescription drug plan, vision, and dental enrollment is preferred
* Strong written and verbal communication and rapport-building skills
* Experience and general comfort level using Microsoft Word, Excel, computer telephony, the internet, and computer tools
* Active listening skills to understand both verbal and non-verbal cues
* Ability to utilize research options
* Confidence and resilience during challenging interactions
* Ability to accurately document all conversations and actions taken
* Possesses the ability to talk and type efficiently simultaneously
* Ability to multitask across multi-functional work
* On-camera visibility during any meetings, trainings, or per leadership request
**Training and Development:**
As a Temporary Customer Service Agent, you'll receive comprehensive training to ensure your success in this role. Our training program includes:
* 3 weeks of training, Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm EST
* Mandatory training with no time off approved
* Training will cover all aspects of the job, including Medicare health plan enrollment, customer service skills, and technology training
