**Key Responsibilities**
As a Virtual Customer Service/Sales Representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for:
* Reaching out to individuals who have requested more information on the benefits we offer, and scheduling Zoom meetings to discuss their options
* Customizing new benefit plans and adjusting existing plans to fit the current needs of each client, ensuring they receive the best possible coverage
* Establishing and maintaining relationships with existing and new clients, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support as needed

**Essential Qualifications**
