Key Responsibilities

  • Successfully complete comprehensive training to become knowledgeable about blithequark's services, processes, and policies, ensuring that you are equipped to provide accurate and helpful information to our customers.
  • Respond to customer service calls, emails, and faxes in a timely and accurate manner, resolving service issues and concerns in a respectful and professional way.
  • Effectively handle routine issues regarding residential and commercial service matters, which may involve outbound calls and other communications to resolve service inquiries and equipment issues.
  • Return all internal and external calls, emails, and faxes in a timely manner, ensuring that customers' concerns are understood, addressed, and resolved efficiently and completely.
  • Receive and review individual performance metric reports and action plans with your manager to understand your performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Enter service data into our computer system and log information about customer service interactions into our systems, updating information in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned or apparent, demonstrating your flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.

Essential Qualifications

  • 1 year of recent customer service or call center experience, demonstrating your ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide exceptional service to customers.
  • Experience using bilingual skills, particularly Spanish, in a business environment, is highly desirable, as we strive to provide service to a diverse customer base.

  • Previous experience in the waste services industry or a related field, which would provide a strong foundation for understanding our services and operations.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package, with a pay rate of $18.50 per hour.
