**Experienced Bswift Customer Success Analyst – Insurance Industry Expertise and Customer-Facing Excellence**

**What You'll Do:**
As a key member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in a dynamic and supportive environment. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Developing a deep understanding of applicable software tools and systems, including Bswift, to provide exceptional customer support and service.
* Learning to create and configure new and existing customer websites, leveraging third-party software to deliver seamless experiences.
* Troubleshooting routine issues and providing basic technical support to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Collaborating with senior analysts and other team members to quality-check configured software, ensuring proper functioning and adherence to established standards.
* Providing direct daily support to assigned customers, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
* Learning about health and benefits products, services, and tools to effectively configure and test software tools, ensuring accurate and efficient delivery.
* Committing to achieving or exceeding internal and external performance standards, driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
* Participating in customer meetings, as requested, to build strong relationships and provide exceptional service.
* Adhering to department guidelines, policies, and procedures, including professional development and continuing education requirements for valid licensing.
* Determining a course of personal and professional development to enhance skills and expertise.
**What You'll Need:**
To succeed in this role, you'll require:
* A minimum of an Associate's or Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience, in a relevant field such as business, communications, or a related field.
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Experience working with database applications, with a strong understanding of data management and analysis.
* Exceptional telephone demeanor, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Bswift experience, with a strong understanding of the software and its applications.
* Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers at all levels.
* Attention to detail, with the ability to adhere to high standards for customer-facing work product.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
While not required, we prefer candidates with:
* 1-2 years of experience in an office environment, preferably in the insurance, human resources, or financial sector.
* A strong understanding of the insurance industry, including health and benefits products and services.
**Pay Range:**
The pay range for this role is $26.44 - $31.25 hourly, reflecting our commitment to fair compensation and recognizing the value of our team members' contributions.
