About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service and Sales Support Representative to join our team in a remote, full-time capacity. As a pivotal member of our client-facing team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and sales support, working closely with clients from initial discovery through ongoing relationship management. This multifaceted role combines the excitement of sales with the satisfaction of building long-lasting client relationships, all while working with industry-leading CRM technology. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct engaging Zoom discovery calls with prospective clients to understand their needs and build relationships, leveraging your exceptional communication skills to drive business growth.
  • Master the GoHighLevel CRM platform to manage customer relationships, execute marketing automation strategies, and analyze client data to inform business decisions.
  • Handle inbound and outbound phone calls, providing outstanding customer service and support to clients, and ensuring seamless issue resolution.
  • Execute various administrative tasks that keep business operations running smoothly, including data entry, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the entire client lifecycle, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless client experiences, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive business success.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Proven proficiency in using Zoom for professional discovery calls and virtual meetings, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Hands-on experience with the GoHighLevel CRM platform for customer relationship management and marketing automation, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to handle phone conversations professionally and effectively, and provide exceptional customer service to clients.
  • Demonstrated reliability and trustworthiness in previous work experiences, with a strong work ethic and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Positive attitude and enthusiastic approach to daily tasks and challenges, with a strong team player mentality and collaborative spirit.
  • Ability to commit to a full-time schedule (40 hours per week), with flexibility to work in a remote environment and manage your time effectively.
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
