Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Part-Time Remote Data Entry & Customer Service Representative to join our team at blithequark. As a key member of our remote workforce, you'll play a vital role in assisting with data entry tasks, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Remote Data Entry & Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
  • Accurately entering and updating data into internal systems, ensuring high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Handling customer service inquiries via email, chat, or phone, providing timely and effective solutions to customer issues
  • Processing orders, resolving customer complaints, and providing status updates in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail, adhering to blithequark's standards and expectations
  • Meeting daily and weekly productivity and accuracy goals, collaborating with team members to improve customer experience and drive business results
  • Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and team members
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, using your initiative and judgment to make decisions and take action
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), with experience in data entry and customer service software a plus
  • Previous experience in customer service or data entry is a plus, but not required; we're looking for individuals with a strong work ethic and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace, with the ability to work from home and maintain a high level of productivity
  • Must be based in the United States, with a strong understanding of local laws and regulations
