Job Overview

As a Customer Experience Concierge at blithequark, you will be the face of our brand, acting as an ambassador to our customers. You will be responsible for delivering superior service to our Card Members visiting our Centurion Lounge, located in the Philadelphia International Airport. Your goal will be to excite our customers and deliver on our brand promise, providing travel, card, concierge, and lifestyle services that meet their immediate needs and deepen their relationship with blithequark.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and provide access to our Card Members upon arrival at reception, ensuring a warm and personalized experience
  • Be accountable and take ownership of the customer's experience from beginning to end, resolving any issues or concerns in a proactive and innovative way
  • Employ the Customer First philosophy in meeting customers' needs and expectations, providing concierge and lifestyle recommendations that exceed their expectations
  • Provide travel consultation and minimal reservation assistance, utilizing your knowledge of the travel industry to provide expert advice and guidance
  • Accommodate the needs of our Card Members by partnering with our food and beverage lounge partners, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience
  • Work collaboratively with your colleagues to create a positive and supportive team environment, relying on each other to deliver exceptional service

Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Minimum of 1 year recent experience servicing premium customers, with a passion for delivering exceptional service and proactive solutions
  • Airline, lounge, or travel industry experience is preferred, with travel reservation experience being a plus
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to delight customers with every interaction and provide confident recommendations
  • The ability to listen to customers' needs and offer tailored solutions, resulting in high satisfaction with the service received
  • Must exhibit the utmost professionalism and maintain a positive attitude in all interactions, with the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Ability to make decisions quickly and effectively, putting the customer's experience at the forefront of everything you do
  • Must be resourceful and capable of using the Internet effectively while providing assistance in a face-to-face customer environment
  • Ability to utilize and switch from multiple technology platforms with ease, adapting to an ever-changing environment and being resilient

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required, with a degree in hospitality, customer service, or a related field being preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year recent experience in a customer-facing role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and proactive solutions
  • Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities
  • Knowledge of the travel industry, with experience working with travel reservations and concierge services

Compensation and Benefits
