You will be responsible for responding to incoming phone calls and email inquiries, coordinating with client providers and vendors, and managing client web-based platforms. This role requires clear, professional communication to address client requests efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will be informative, empathetic, and solution-oriented, with a strong desire to resolve customer needs promptly.
