(No big deal).</span></li> <li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Create production code in SAS, R or Python in a cloud environment to support a CMS project using Medicare and/or Medicaid administrative data.</span></li> <li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Create, review, and maintain analytic documentation, provide data interpretation and generate reports in support of proposed research questions.</span></li> <li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Provide quality reviews on analyses and analytic programs to ensure consistency with specifications and collaborate with other team members to identify potential problems with data and/or processes and to take appropriate action to guide the resolution process.</span></li> <li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Assist in developing statistical models and provide predictive analytic statistical support.</span></li> <li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Communicate statistical and data-related concepts to a variety of stakeholders.</span></li> <li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Use advanced tools and computational skills to interpret, connect, predict and make discoveries in complex data and deliver recommendations for business decisions.</span></li> <li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Use predictive modeling to increase and optimize customer experiences, efficiencies, and other business outcomes.</span></li> </ul> <h3 class=" text-white font-semibold text-lg mb-2">What we’d like you to have:</h3> <ul class=" text-base sm:text-lg marker:text-color list-inside list-disc text-gray-500 list-disc list-outside pl-3 mb-6"> <li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Bachelor’s degree in data science, computer science, statistics, information systems, or a related field.</span></li> <li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">2+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the healthcare IT government industry.</span></li> <li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Proficiency in using SAS, R or Python, performing large data analyses and statistical modeling for healthcare research or analytics.</span></li> <li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.</span></li> <li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Proficiency in SQL and experience working with large datasets.</span></li> <li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work in cross-functional teams and present to stakeholders.</span></li> </ul> <h3 class=" text-white font-semibold text-lg mb-2">What would blow us away:</h3> <ul class=" text-base sm:text-lg marker:text-color list-inside list-disc text-gray-500 list-disc list-outside pl-3 mb-6"> <li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">You have experience supporting the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).</span></li> </ul> <p class=" text-gray-200 text-base sm:text-lg leading-relaxed mb-3">$68,000 – $134,000 a year</p> <p class=" text-gray-200 text-base sm:text-lg leading-relaxed mb-3">At Skyward, we believe great work deserves great pay.
