Remote Scrum Master

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Scrum Master to join our remote development team. As our Scrum Master, you will facilitate Agile/Scrum processes, coach the team, remove impediments, and support our product owner and stakeholders to ensure we deliver high-value, high-quality increments in each sprint. Remote Scrum Master Key Responsibilities: Facilitate all core Scrum ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Partner with the Product Owner to manage and refine the product backlog, ensure it is prioritized, well-defined, and ready for the team. Remove impediments, shield the team from external disruptions, and help maintain sprint focus and momentum. Coach the development team in Agile/Scrum principles, foster self-organization and continuous improvement. Track and communicate team metrics (velocity, burndown, cycle time etc), and provide visibility into progress and risks for stakeholders. Promote a culture of collaboration, transparency, and accountability within a remote/distributed environment. Assist in identifying process improvements and implementing changes to improve team performance and delivery quality. Remote Scrum Master Qualifications: 2–5 + years of experience acting as Scrum Master (or similar Agile facilitator role). Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and frameworks. Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, especially in a virtual setting.
