Job Title: Remote Reporting Specialist Schedule: 8am-4:30pm PST Monday- Friday Pay Rate: $20.00 We are seeking a detail oriented Reporting Specialist for a 100% remote opportunity with a leader in electronic medical records retrieval! As a Reporting Specialist you will focus on processing and maintaining reports primarily in Microsoft Excel to support internal operations and client deliverables. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable working with data in a structured format. The Reporting Specialist responsibilities: • Generate, format, and update reports using Microsoft Excel. • Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across reports. • Perform basic data entry, validation, and cleanup tasks. • Maintain organized records of reporting files and templates. • Follow established procedures for report creation and distribution. • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of reporting tasks. • Assist with identifying minor discrepancies and escalate issues as needed. The Reporting Specialist requirements: • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables, formulas, and basic functions). • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. • Effective communication and collaboration skills • Ability to manage repetitive tasks efficiently and meet deadlines. • Clear written and verbal communication skills. • Self-motivated and reliable in a remote work environment. Preferred Qualifications • 1+ years of professional experience in data analysis, data reporting, or a closely related quantitative role. • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). • Experience working in a fast-paced or cross-functional environment. • Experience working with Microsoft SharePoint and the broader Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint) Remote Work Requirements • Must have your own computer or laptop, mouse and hard-wired ethernet connection. • Safe and secure workspace. • Ability to maintain confidentiality in a remote setting. #HSIR Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
