Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our products and services to potential customers. Respond to customer inquiries and provide product support through various communication channels, such as phone, email, and social media. Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential customer needs and preferences. Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging and informative content for various marketing materials, including social media posts, brochures, and website content. Participate in product demonstrations and events to showcase our products and engage with customers. Provide excellent customer service by addressing and resolving customer issues and concerns. Utilize customer feedback and data to make recommendations for improving our products and services. Assist in creating and maintaining customer databases and records. Learn and utilize our company's customer relationship management (CRM) system to track customer interactions and sales leads. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and product development, to support marketing and customer support efforts. Attend training sessions and workshops to develop skills and knowledge in marketing and customer support. Adhere to company policies and procedures and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.
