**Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative – Medicaid Member Support**

We believe that every associate has the power to make a difference, and we empower them to do so. **The Role** As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you will be the initial point of contact for inquiries from potential and existing Iowa Medicaid Program recipients and affiliates.
