About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced and skilled Spanish Bilingual Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving issues, and providing support to our customers. You will be the face of our company, and your passion for customer service, your excellent communication skills, and your ability to work in a fast-paced environment will make you a valuable asset to our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver the highest level of customer service experience consistently, responding to inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats in a professional and courteous manner
  • Manage customer accounts, provide technical support, and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Enter application data, manage online chat inquiries, and interpret and follow defined procedures and policies
  • Demonstrate creative problem-solving skills, flexibility, and adaptability to changing projects and updates
  • Manage time and tasks effectively, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Participate in extensive self-study, training, and testing to ensure eligibility to proceed through training and certifications
  • Adhere to regulated guidelines for communications via all channels, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures

Essential Qualifications

  • 18 years of age or older
  • Complete Background check and drug test within 3 days of hire
  • Dedicated, private, and secure workspace with a personal device and functioning camera required for the training period
  • Committed to full attendance for paid 3-week training period
  • Minimum Internet Speed of 35 mb/s with ethernet, cable/fiber broadband internet with a hard-wired ethernet connection required
  • Moderate to Advanced computer skills, with a high level of comfort learning new technology
  • High level of professionalism, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and comfortable working from home
  • Self-motivated and success-driven, with a strong desire to deliver exceptional customer experiences

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer support or technical support role, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Previous experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act, with a strong understanding of industry regulations and guidelines
  • Previous experience in a Call Center environment, with a focus on inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, with a strong understanding of customer relationship management principles
  • Spanish Bilingual, with a strong ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish
