Customer Information Representative /WFH/
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Information Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support to meet their needs. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience with our products and services.
• *Key Responsibilities:**
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, policies, and procedures.
- Assist customers in navigating our website and using our online tools effectively.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and professionalism.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and improve service delivery.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and customer service best practices.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance skills and knowledge.
• *Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using computers and customer service software (CRM systems).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
