Requirements and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service, technical support, or a related field
  • Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
