Job Overview

In this contractor role, you will have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home, interacting with customers primarily through inbound phone calls and possibly chat or email. Schedule and Work Environment

The majority of your work hours will be during weekdays and daytime, with the flexibility to create a schedule that suits you best within our clients' hours of operation. To ensure your success in this role, it's essential that you have a quiet, uninterrupted workspace with an organized desk area. You'll also need to meet our technology and equipment requirements, which include:

  • A personal computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM (tablets and Chromebooks are not supported)
  • An operating system of Windows 10 or Windows 11 (some clients may accept AppleOS)
  • A wired USB headset with microphone for clear communication
  • High-speed wired internet with a minimum of 10 Mbps download speed and 5 Mbps upload speed
  • Valid and up-to-date antivirus software installed
  • A smartphone, Android tablet, or iPad for authentication

Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:
