Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience, with post-secondary education preferred
  • Customer service, financial services, or insurance experience preferred, with a strong understanding of mutual funds and other financial products
  • Experience navigating complex customer interactions from support through to resolution, with a proven track record of building trust and loyalty with clients
  • Ability to welcome change and contribute to continuous improvement in a fast-paced work environment, with a strong focus on quality and first-call resolution
