Location: Stafford, VA (Hybrid – in the office twice a month)
Clearance: Secret or Top Secret Required

Livis Consulting, a trusted provider of IT services and training solutions to federal agencies, is seeking an experienced Training Specialist to join our team. This role is based in Stafford, VA, with telework flexibility. Candidates must reside in the VA/MD/DC area and be able to commute to the Stafford office twice a month.
Required Qualifications:
• Active Secret or Top Secret clearance
• 2+ years of hands-on curriculum development experience
• Proficiency with Adobe Captivate
• Expertise in designing and delivering Computer-Based Training (CBT) modules
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint
• Exceptional writing and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
• Familiarity with CODIS software
• Proficiency with HTML5
• Proficiency with Adobe RoboHelp
• Degree in Biology or background in DNA software applications
