Now Hiring: Clinical Supervisor (Licensed Therapist, Remote – California) Location: Remote (California) Employment Type: Part-Time, Employee (W-2) Hours: Approximately 5 hours per week, flexible schedule About Us We’re a growing therapy practice dedicated to providing compassionate and effective mental health care. Our team includes associate therapists as they complete their supervised hours toward licensure. About the Role We’re looking for a Clinical Supervisor to join our team and provide supportive and skillful supervision to our associate therapists. This role is ideal for an experienced clinician who is excited about mentoring, reviewing clinical work, and helping new therapists grow in skill and confidence. This is a fully remote position with flexible hours. What You’ll Do • Provide weekly clinical supervision to associate therapists (about 2 hours per week) • Review clinical documentation, treatment plans, and intake assessments (about 3 hours per week) • Be available for occasional clinical emergencies (rare) • Maintain supervision notes and documentation in line with CA BBS requirements What We’re Looking For • Active CA license: LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or equivalent • Knowledge of BBS supervision standards and documentation requirements • Excellent communication skills, professionalism, and clinical judgment We would love to hear from you about joining our team!
