About the Role

We are looking for a friendly and passionate Customer Care Agent to join our team. As a key member of our customer care team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers
  • Develop a deep understanding of our skincare products to become a skincare guru and provide expert advice to customers
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Identify trends in customer feedback and provide insights to improve our products and services
  • Utilize a consultative sales approach to educate customers about our monthly promotions and products, driving sales and revenue growth
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, using tools like Zendesk and Microsoft Outlook/Teams
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and warehouse, to address customer feedback and improve service delivery

Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in the skincare or beauty industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • A team player mindset, with a positive and energetic attitude, and a willingness to adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in using multiple computer programs, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Zendesk
  • A passion for skincare and a willingness to learn about our products and services
  • Familiarity with SAP, Shopify, and/or CRM software is an asset

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a skincare, spa, or medical brand environment
  • Licensed Esthetician or relevant certification
  • Knowledge of phone systems software and online database and internet-based systems
