Remote Graphic Designer Contractor Goodyear is expanding its global Learning & Development team and seeking a Graphic Design contractor to support a wide range of learning initiatives. We are looking for an experienced/freelance Graphic Designer to collaborate with us on a project-by-project basis to bring our ideas to life visually. Key Responsibilities - Remote Graphic Designer Contractor As a Graphic Design Contractor, you will collaborate with Goodyear’s Center for Leadership Development and cross-functional teams to create visually compelling assets that enhance learning experiences for a global audience. Your responsibilities may include: • Designing graphics for eLearning modules, instructor-led training, and blended learning programs • Creating visual assets such as infographics, job aids, presentation decks, and digital banners • Collaborating with instructional designers to translate complex concepts into engaging visuals • Ensuring brand consistency and accessibility across all design deliverables • Supporting localization and formatting for global audiences • Managing multiple design projects with varying timelines and scopes Required Skills and Knowledge- Remote Graphic Designer Contractor Experience requirements • A portfolio that showcases clean, thoughtful design and versatility • Demonstrated graphic design experience (3+ years) • Experience designing for educational or corporate environments preferred Tools & technologies • Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) • Canva, PowerPoint, and other presentation tools • Familiarity with Articulate Rise or Storyline is a plus Key skills • Visual storytelling and layout design • Collaboration with cross-functional teams • Creativity and innovation in graphic design • Attention to detail and brand alignment • Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines Education and Experience - Remote Graphic Designer Contractor • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field, required • Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., Adobe Certified Expert), a plus Benefits and Pay - Remote Graphic Designer Contractor Why Join Us? • Work remotely with a global team • Contribute to high-impact learning initiatives • Enjoy flexibility and project variety • Align with Goodyear’s values and culture Apply now to be considered for upcoming projects.
