**Join Our Team**
As a Customer Support Chat Specialist, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's dedicated to providing top-notch support to our users. You'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of nonprofits, from small organizations to large educational institutions and Fortune 500 companies. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Responding to inquiries from current and prospective users and donors via live chat and email in a timely and accurate manner
* Following up with unresponsive users and leads to ensure their questions are resolved
* Proactively identifying user needs and helping customers implement specific features
* Analyzing product malfunctions and reporting them to our development team
* Gathering user feedback, feature requests, and workarounds, and proactively suggesting improvements
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Respond to queries from users in a timely and accurate way via live chat and email
* Follow up with unresponsive users and leads to ensure their questions are resolved
* Proactively identify user needs and help customers implement specific features
* Analyze product malfunctions (e.g., by testing different scenarios or impersonating users) and report them
* Gather user feedback, feature requests, and workarounds, and proactively suggest improvements
**Essential Qualifications:**
* 2+ years of experience working remotely in the tech industry
* 2+ years of experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role
* Experience handling multiple incoming chat requests simultaneously
* Access to a computer or laptop and reliable internet (2nd monitor recommended)
* Experience using help desk software and remote tools (e.g., Intercom, Slack, Notion)
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience working with CRM and fundraising software
* Familiarity with nonprofit fundraising and donor management
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Experience with training and onboarding new team members
**What We Offer:**
* Competitive hourly rate: $9 - $9.50
* Direct-pay contractor position with bi-monthly payments via wire transfer to your Philippines bank account

**Training and Onboarding:**
* 3 months of paid training
* Training schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST
* Comprehensive onboarding program to ensure your success in the role
**Schedule:**
* Permanent schedule: Tuesday to Thursday, 11:30 PM EST - 9:30 AM EST
* Tentative deployment date: April 1, 2025
