  • Collaborate with our food and beverage lounge partners to accommodate the needs of our clients

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Carrier, lounge, or travel industry experience is preferred, with travel reservation experience being a plus
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service, with proactive solutions and a customer-centric approach
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage clients and provide personalized support
  • The ability to listen to client needs, propose tailored solutions, and drive high client satisfaction
