Qualifications and Requirements

- Dedicated office space with a computer, two monitors, keyboard, mouse, and headset
- Availability to work from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm Eastern Standard Time
- At least six months of experience working remotely
- Minimum two years of experience in a customer-facing role, providing support via email, phone, chat, and social media
- Proficiency in Zendesk or a similar customer service ticketing system, with at least one year of experience
- Strong computer skills, data-entry, and keyboard skills
- Familiarity with metrics such as handle time, quality assurance, and other relevant performance indicators
- Willingness to work overtime hours and weekends during peak holiday seasons
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with bi-lingual abilities being a plus
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
