Job Overview

We're seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Customer Success Manager to join our team as a key player in driving client campaigns and projects from conception to launch. As the day-to-day point of contact for our clients, you'll act as a digital marketing consultant, providing expert guidance and recommendations to help them achieve their marketing objectives. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies for clients, driving results and return on investment through innovative campaigns and projects.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest inbound marketing developments, providing expert recommendations to team members and clients to ensure they stay ahead of the curve.
  • Manage and evaluate client campaigns on an ongoing basis, identifying areas for improvement and implementing data-driven solutions to optimize performance.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, developing effective digital and inbound strategies that meet their unique goals and objectives.
  • Work closely with our digital marketing specialists to execute inbound marketing solutions that align with client marketing objectives, ensuring seamless delivery and exceptional results.
  • Manage and review work completed by digital marketing team members and content writers, providing constructive feedback and guidance to ensure high-quality output.
  • Monitor monthly and ongoing budgets for clients, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of campaigns and projects.
  • Review client reports produced by the team, discussing results with clients monthly and providing actionable recommendations for future improvements.
  • Contribute to critical internal business initiatives and projects, from optimizing processes to researching and testing new strategies that drive growth and innovation.
  • Actively engage and participate in weekly team meetings and other team activities, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and continuous learning.

Essential Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of professional account management experience, handling multiple clients and marketing agency experience, with a proven track record of driving results and delivering exceptional client satisfaction.
  • 1-3 years of experience in search marketing, SEO, Paid Ads, and social media or content marketing, with a deep understanding of the latest trends and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to self-regulate and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to follow proven processes while thinking critically and creatively to achieve client goals, with a strong focus on problem-solving and attention to detail.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, coupled with highly developed interpersonal skills and a strong ability to multitask and balance multiple project timelines.
  • Willingness to learn and be open to new experiences, with a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest digital marketing developments and trends.

Preferred Qualifications

  • HubSpot certification or equivalent experience, with a strong understanding of inbound marketing principles and best practices.
  • Experience working with digital marketing platforms and tools, such as Google Analytics, AdWords, and social media scheduling software.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven skills, with the ability to interpret and communicate complex data insights to clients and stakeholders.
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual team environment, with a strong ability to self-motivate and manage time effectively in a flexible work setting.
